Raw Figs x Books and Books

Join us at our next Summer Havens location every Monday , Books & Books, a celebrated bookshop offering a wide range of titles & scheduled events, plus a cafe.

JULY BOOKS AND BOOKS SCHEDULE

• July 1st: Regular Session
• July 8th: Long Pose Session
• July 15th: Artist Guided by TBA (not a class)
• July 22nd: Drawing Swap with MDC
• July 29th: 5 mins Dash & Fig(ure) of Speech Card

The figure drawing session hosted by us, Raw Figs, with a minimally-clothed/costumed model. This session is self-guided and family-friendly.

We rely on your donations to keep Raw Figs continuing to happen for the community. We use donations to be able to purchase materials, pay the model, cover props and location costs, as well as paying our part-time employees. 

Our drawing session will begin promptly at 6pm and end at 8pm.

Materials are available for those that need on a first come, first serve basis, but we always encourage everyone to bring their own when possible.

• Graphite Pencils
• Color Pencils
• Charcoal
• Color pastels
• Oil pastels
• Markers
• Erasers
• Sharpeners
• Variety sized papers
• Variety sized chipboards

Pose times are as follows:

Regular Session

•  2 x 2 mins
• 2 x 5 mins
• 2 x 10 mins
• 1 x 15 mins
• 1 x 20 mins

Long Pose Session

• 2 x 2 mins
• 2 x 15 mins
• 1 x 30 mins (1 pose split into two 15 mins)
